Number 17

The vintage Victorian facade of Number 17 is historic and beautiful. But step inside and you are definitely in the 21st century. The space is modern, relaxed and exudes tranquillity. With three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and each on their own floor, the house epitomises true privacy and sanctuary for a family of six – or three couples.

At ground level is the open-plan living area and kitchen, all created to be compact yet spacious at the same time. There’s also a twin bedroom on this level. The views from here are expansive, and swivel seats in the leisure area with its picture window, give 360-degree options: look at the world outside or chat and commune with someone inside.

Throughout the house, décor is neutral and natural. Colours of stone and sage, textures of woven grass mats and pottery, with touches of living green in plants dotted throughout, make for an air of soothing calm. It’s a place to freely exhale, enjoy lazy sundowners around the pool with family or special friends, or simply breathe and let your mind roam free. There’s off-street parking and good security too, ensuring Number 17 really is the full package.
